Resultmaker is a CSP partner that joined in 2007. Resultmaker, founded in 2000, is a Danish software company that specializes in e-Government and “large” processes. The Resultmaker Process Platform represents a process as a “Process Matrix” which has its advantages over the classic “Flow Chart” representation, if the processes contain many steps, actors, and variants – and this is the case for many citizen centric government processes. The “Process Matrix” can be generated form a repository: Resultmaker has brought a government data model repository of 1,200 forms with 20,000 XML Schemas from which to generate InfoPath forms as well as a process repository of 150+ end-to-end process definitions from which to generate process solutions for local governments.
 
 

 

 

Team Knowledge has been helping local and regional government bodies to deliver quality citizen services since the start of the e-government initiative. With TKDialogs, this experience has now been brought to the Microsoft Citizen Service Platform. We are working with a number of key organizations to provide a library of standard service scripts for CSP that can be deployed and easily modified by any LRG body. These scripts can be used to “knowledge-enable” customer services agents and to offer citizen self-service, integrating tightly with Microsoft CRM and SharePoint.  Our success is based on delivering solutions that are easy to use and maintain, working the way the organization wants and the citizen expects.
